Slow-speed stirring system with specially designed blade geometry for gentle handling of all types of mash.
Double stainless steel walls with insulation at the bottom of the still, inside which steam circulates to heat the raw material that will be inside the still.
Automatic waste discharge door from the inside of the still, operated by a pneumatic mechanism.
